It’s getting busier and busier as we near the long weekend. Stripe needs a lot of rest as he would be driving for our trip this weekend. Sometimes, I really wish I have the confidence to drive so when we go out of town, I could share by driving half of the miles we’re threading. But no, I am not really that confident when it comes to driving tsk tsk. We still need to do a lot of errands before we leave, I volunteered to do most of them as I could just sleep on our way to our destination. Also, I still need to check on some dental discounts for our annual dental check-up. Dental visits can be expensive and we might as well use this discount. This site has been giving me a lot of dental discounts tips and information.

As I submitted my last Final exams for this school quarter, I am de-stressing by listening to his songs and watching his interviews in you tube. I’ve been a fan but I never learned how to dance moonwalk. RIP MJ.

I am done with Spring Quarter, the hardest quarter so far. My Adviser said it just keeps getting harder as I near my graduation day . I only have a week of vacation (9 days to be exact) and off to Summer Class. I am spending my 1st weekend without class offline (i hope! *insert grin). Revenge of the Fallen here we come! The 2nd weekend will be spent in D.C. I guess that would be enough time to rejuvenate.

Wish me luck, by the way, I have a one-on-one meeting with the Dean on Wednesday yay! I just received a confirmation call from her Secretary in one of my cellular phones.

I discovered this from Alpha and has started my day (apart from prayers and some quiet meditation) with picking up one affirmation card to inspire me for the rest of the day . Oh yes and by the way, I clearly remember these affirmation cards widely available in bookstores and an ex-colleague used to put this on top of his office furniture. We, her officemates would regularly pass by her workstation and pick one card. Glad to have this online.

I am completing the last 2 week stretches of Spring Quarter, 1 more case study and 2 final exams and a week of vacation, goodbye Spring, hello Summer quarter . I won’t be blogging much during those times except for very important blogging assignments. On Father’s day, like any other day, he has been the ultimate hands-on dad to mini-Stripe. During his off days, he would spend his time as a father and a husband round the clock. Never mind if he is not able to catch up with his favorite tv shows, never mind if he is able to finish a DVD with so many interruptions, never mind if he is not able to fully rest and never mind if he spends weekends playing handyman, chef, domesticated husband, driver, babysitter, because that’s just how he is, a selfless family man.

I could not describe how happy I am when I woke up today. It’s weird I know because it’s Monday and if last week was a busy one, this week’s even busier. Case study deadline on Wednesday and 2 final exams coming my way. But everything seems just right .

So I am spreading the happy pill I have right now and wishing everyone a happy Monday!

ooh Sundays! After a busy and hard day’s err week’s work, I am loving Sundays all the more. Of course, TFC is just one of my modes of relaxation and this Sunday was no exception. Have you seen how beautiful and sexy Judy Ann was in the promotion of their new tv series??? Gosh this girl continues to evolve. She is getting more and more beautiful each day. It’s very obvious that she really is very happy and this happiness radiates in her beauty.

And yes, I am in love with her dress! The prints are so pretty and elegant!

C.Z. stands for Cubic Zirconia, a very precious clear stone with similarities to diamonds. Not the same clarity though but if you are not an expert in differentiating cz jewelery from real diamonds, they almost look the same. (more…)
